Claude & Co engages in online advertising to ensure you are kept updated with relevant products and offers. We hope it helps you find the products you are after. Like most brands, we utilise Meta and Google Shopping ads and may serve targeted banners and ads to you when you are on other websites and apps. We do this using a variety of digital marketing networks and ad exchanges, and we use a range of advertising technologies like pixels, ad tags, cookies, and mobile identifiers, as well as specific services offered by some sites and social networks, such as Facebook’s Custom Audience service. The banners and ads you see will be based on information we hold about you, or your previous use of Claude & Co or on Claude & Co banners or ads you have previously clicked on.
Newsletters: We use Klaviyo for our newsletter campaigns. Klaviyo is GDPR compliant. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address so that we can correspond with you. Your personal information will be stored in our mailing list provider, Klaviyo, the application we use to send our newsletters. Your personal information will also be stored in the website’s database. Your data is encrypted with the Gravity Forms Encrypted Fields plugin before it is saved to the database. It is saved in the website database so we can record your consent when subscribing to the mailing list. Your data on Klaviyo will be kept for the duration the business is running and we are utilising a newsletter. You can request to be removed anytime by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ in any newsletter/mailout or by emailing FAO Data controller at info@claudeandco.co.uk.
To Manage Competitions: If you enter one of our competitions or engage with one of our surveys, we use your data to organise this - e.g., to announce winners and distribute prizes. Occasionally we run subscriber giveaways with other brands. In subscribing to enter these giveaways, we clearly state that the information you provide will be shared with the other participating brands for marketing purposes and in entering you agree to these terms. We only share this data with the brands involved and you have the right to withdraw consent (“opt-out”) of marketing communications we and our partnering brands send you at any time.
