• Store: We cannot process refunds for items purchased in store via our online portal. Please visit the store. Our 14 day policy applies with proof of receipt.

Whilst we take so much care in making sure our products are perfection, there are faults that slip through our very close net. Email customer service : info@claudeandco.co.uk if your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
We may ask for photographic evidence before proceeding. If your preferred item or size is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund upon receipt.
