Returns and Exchanges
Extended Christmas Returns
In addition to our standard returns policy, any items purchased online or in-store between Friday 28th November 2025 and Wednesday 24th December 2025 can be returned or exchanged upon arrival to our warehouse by Tuesday 13th January 2026.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Returns will be eligible for a refund to your original payment method or an exchange where applicable.

- UK Customers: Press START above to process your return and exchange
- International Customers: Email info@claudeandco.co.uk to process your return
- Return window: 14 days from receipt. Items must be unused and in original, saleable condition.
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 14-21 working days of receipt, minus the cost of postage (£3.50). A full refund is available as store credit.
- Return postage: Once return is logged on the system, please add the label provided to your parcel and send via post office or chosen courier service.
- Cancellations: Notify info@claudeandco.co.uk. Our customer service team will do their best to cancel your order if it has not been dispatched. Customer service hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm, requests outside of this time may not be possible to action prior to the order being dispatched.
- Sale items: Are eligible for store credit or exchange - unless faulty.
- Store: We cannot process refunds for items purchased in store via our online portal. Please visit the store. Our 14 day policy applies with proof of receipt.
What Can I return?
- Products must be unused, perfectly clean, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be received by us within 14 days of delivery.
- If a returned item is damaged, incomplete, or does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

What if my product arrives faulty?
Whilst we take so much care in making sure our products are perfection, there are faults that slip through our very close net. Email customer service : info@claudeandco.co.uk if your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund. We may ask for photographic evidence before proceeding. If your preferred item or size is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund upon receipt.
