From 29 August 2025, orders to the USA are shipped DDP. The price you see is the price you pay — duties and taxes are handled by us.

FedEx Express 2 to 4 days — from $24.99

Customs, duties, and taxes

USA DDP: we cover duties and taxes. No extra on delivery.

Europe and all other destinations: local duties or taxes may apply and are payable by the customer.

Dispatch and tracking

We ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day (for next day UK delivery). You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves us. If something looks wrong in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the carrier.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can return within our returns window so long as items are unused and in original condition. Some exclusions apply. See our [Returns & Exchanges] page for full details.
