Returns: Items can be returned within 21 days from delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition

USA — Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
From 29 August 2025, orders to the USA are shipped DDP. The price you see is the price you pay — duties and taxes are handled by us.
FedEx Express 2 to 4 days — from $24.99
Standard Tracked 3 to 10 days — from $14.99

Please note: at this time, DDP is not available for EU customers — duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs, duties, and taxes
USA DDP: we cover duties and taxes. No extra on delivery.
Europe and all other destinations: local duties or taxes may apply on receipt in the destination country and are payable by the customer.
Refused Shipments & Unpaid Customs Fees
Shipping Deductions: The cost of the original shipping is non-refundable.
Return Fees: Any return shipping fees, handling penalties, or storage fees charged by the courier to bring the item back to our warehouse will be deducted from your final refund.
Abandoned Parcels: If the courier determines that the return fees exceed the value of the goods, the package may be abandoned. In this case, you will not be eligible for any refund.
Dispatch and tracking
We ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day (for next day UK delivery). You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves us. If something looks wrong in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the carrier.
Returns
If you change your mind, you can return within our returns window so long as items are unused and in original condition. Some exclusions apply. See our [Returns & Exchanges] page for full details.
