All orders are shipped DDP. The price you see is the price you pay — duties and taxes are handled by us.

Final rates shown at checkout are weight based. For a guideline of prices see below:

Estimated transit time for all order to EU and Europe is 3 to 15 days, however please note there can be additional delays when orders pass through customs. The clearance process varies country to country and is out of our control. If you are experiencing exceptional delays, please contact us and we will do our best to help fast track these.

Customs, duties & taxes
USA DDP: we cover duties and taxes. No extra on delivery.
Europe and all other destinations: local duties or taxes may apply on receipt in the destination country and are payable by the customer.
For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If a parcel is refused or customs charges are not paid, your order will be returned to us. On receipt of this at our warehouse a full refund will be issued, minus any costs incurred in recovering the parcel (such as return shipping, handling, or storage fees).
Refused Shipments & Unpaid Customs Fees
Should you refuse to import, your items will be returned to us and on receipt of these we can issue you a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping as per our policy.
EU Right of Withdrawal - If you choose to return your order under your statutory right of withdrawal, any standard delivery charges paid at the time of purchase will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer laws. Any upgraded or express shipping services are non-refundable. Please also note - any direct costs incurred in returning the goods may be deducted from the refund.
Abandoned Parcels - In some cases, a carrier or customs authority may abandon or dispose of a parcel instead of returning it to us. If the goods are not returned to our warehouse, we may be unable to issue a refund as we will not have recovered the items. If the parcel is returned to us with charges applied, any refund will be reduced by those costs.
Returns
If you change your mind, you can return within our returns window so long as items are unused and in original condition. Some exclusions apply. See our [Returns & Exchanges] page for full details.
