I am absolutely in love with this brand! The designs, style, and attention to detail are beautiful, and I genuinely admire every collection. I will definitely continue ordering from them because their clothing is truly special.
However, there is one thing that I feel does not match the quality and image of the brand at all — the packaging. The boxes my orders have arrived in have looked very poor and, honestly, quite disappointing for a brand of this level. My order arrived in what looked like a simple piece of cardboard or paper packaging that had been taped together on all four sides. It looked messy and completely inconsistent with the beautiful, premium image of the brand.
When the clothing itself is so beautifully designed and presented online, I really believe the packaging should reflect that same level of quality and attention to detail. Improving the boxes and overall unboxing experience would make the brand feel much more complete and premium.
