Covid 19 Update

Delivery and Returns during these trickier times. x 


First of all, thank you for your support and we hope you and your loved ones are well.  
It's great that right now the government are encouraging online retailers to stay open, we will react accordingly and this may mean a slightly longer wait on your parcels than normal and a change of direction as this unfolds.
We want to do our bit to try and keep our operation as small and as safe as possible, with the least contact and aiming to reduce the risk to all those amazing delivery drivers around the country keeping us all ticking and putting themselves at risk.
We have written a little more about that below. Plus a change in our refund policy, which understandably we need to adjust right now. 

In the meantime, take care and stay home. 
Usual Delivery 

We send all packages in the U.K via DPD ~ within 1-3 working days. 

Gift packaging is still going strong. We will write your gift notes and wrap beautifully. We know you still want to send parcels of joy so let us do that. Gift options are available on all products. 

Europe and Worldwide 

We are able to process as normal and aim to dispatch and deliver Worldwide & Europe deliveries in 7 days. 
We manage cost of deliveries in line with our courier services and do our best to keep the cost as low as we can in these more difficult times. 


All orders will be sent via DPD for the foreseeable. 

We will do our best to keep up to date with letting you know tracking so you can keep an eye out. 
We now ask that you enter your mobile number so we can send delivery updates. 



We will be keeping our 14 day return policy but for the foreseeable we will not process any returns until 2 weeks after they arrive.

It is so important to keep us safe and sadly we want to keep package opening to a minimum.

As stated in the Terms & Conditions at purchase, the only conditions applying to returns are as follows:

1. All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original, inner and outer protective packaging intact and as it arrived to you) 

2. You must complete your return within 14 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs. We understand that is trickier at the moment but we need to put this in place. 

3. The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.
